Step Aerobics

Step aerobics at Club AmericaStep aerobics is great for endurance training and helps maintain cardiovascular health and improve gait and balance. It also provides flexibility training to enhance joint movement. Step aerobics is suitable for all ages, low cost, and has no restrictions on place. Join Brenda Gaide each Monday and Wednesday for step aerobics from 5:15 to 6:30 pm, and Saturdays for beginner step aerobics from 8:00 to 9:00 am!
